Before you start any home exercise please follow below safety tips:
Allow for enough clear space to exercise
Keep phone nearby or let someone know you’re exercising
Ensure you have a glass of water nearby when exercising
Wear suitable clothing, make sure you can move freely
wear suitable footwear that you have a good sense of feel and balance in
Start at your own pace, gradually build up exercises if you haven’t been as active as usual.
Stop exercising if you feel dizzy, faint or any pain
Speak to your doctor if you have any medical concerns
When we re-open:
You will see safety guidance signage and where appropriate, queuing and one-way systems.
