Adult Classes


Our class programme operates on a 'pay as you play' basis, with each class run by qualified coaches. This is a great way to try out a new activity with the added help of an experienced coach.

Both our Cycling and Exercise Class programmes offer something for all abilities.

Adult Cycling

Adult Cycling

Our cycling programme is based at the velodrome at Palmer Park Sports Stadium and park. We offer a number of classes which encourage you to enjoy cycling as an active and healthy pastime. Bikes are provided for each class, and include bikes specifically designed for our customers with disabilities.

Cycling for Health

Have some fun and come and try out a range of bikes including trikes, hand crank bikes, duet and quad bikes as well as traditional bikes. This class is run by a trained BACR Cardiac Instructor.

Everybody Active Cycling

Our class is specifically for disabled users and their helpers. We have a range of adaptable bikes available for safe enjoyment of this exhilarating activity. Places must be pre-booked, bookings can be taken from 7.00am on the day.

We offer over 100 exercise classes each week. Our extensive programme includes classes to suit all tastes and exercise levels, so there's something for everyone!

Variety is key to ensure total body conditioning. It's best to try out a few classes to help you find workouts that suit you and your needs. Also, if you come along with a friend each week you are more likely to stick to your weekly workouts and stay motivated. So 'buddy up' and get active today!
